Repair Terms and Conditions

1. Services and Products.

1.1 Services.

For service orders, NDS will service your product as described to you for the estimated fees stated, unless such fees are modified with prior oral or written consent. your version. Unless otherwise stated, NDS will provide repair or replacement services to resolve defects in materials or workmanship of the product.

Service is not available for problems caused by errors or incompatibility with any software or data stored or recorded on your product. NDS may install system software updates as part of the service to prevent your product from rolling back to an earlier system software version.

1.2 Data transmission service.

If your product is capable of storing software programs, data, or other information (“Data”), NDS may attempt to transfer such Data to an alternative device. During the use of the service, Data may be lost. In such event, NDS shall not be responsible for any loss of Data.

a. As part of any Data Transfer service, whether or not NDS is able to successfully transfer Data from the original device to a replacement device, NDS will delete any Data on the original device. You should maintain a separate backup of your device's Data content.

b. During use, Data may be lost, replaced, or reformatted. In such an event, NDS is not responsible for any loss of software programs, Data or other information contained on the device.

c. The Data Transfer Service will involve transferring Data directly from the original device to a replacement device or to a compatible external data storage device that you provide. NDS will not transfer the Data to any data storage device or system owned by NDS or a third party and will not store copies of the Data as part of any Data transfer service.

1.3 Parts and Labor.

NDS can supply both parts and labor but may require you to replace certain easy-to-install parts yourself, as described below. When servicing your product, NDS may use parts or products that include new and/or previously used genuine parts and have been tested and meet their functional requirements. Firm, subject to applicable law.

NDS will retain the replacement part or product exchanged during maintenance as its property and the replacement part or product will become your property. Replaced parts and products are usually repairable and are exchanged or repaired for value by NDS.

NDS may use parts, equipment or replacement parts for services that originate from a country other than the original country or parts supplied.

1.4 Service options.

NDS will provide the service through one of the following options and will choose, subject to applicable law, which method of providing the service depends on the circumstances, in particular depending on the type of product:

Do-it-yourself parts service. Parts service allows you to maintain your own products. If NDS determines that you are eligible for the Parts Service, NDS will send you replacement parts for your product. The replacement part will include installation instructions and any requirements for returning the replaced part. For Parts Services requiring the return of a replaced part, you must provide details to ensure the return of the replaced part. All replacement parts required to be returned must be returned to NDS within ten (07) days from the date NDS dispatched the replacement part to you (“Return Period”).

If you do not return the replaced part as instructed in the Return Period or the replaced part is not eligible for service due to Service Exclusions, as described below, you will pay the amount you have agreed to on the date the time service has been ordered.

If NDS does not request the return of the replaced part, NDS will send you a replacement part or product with installation instructions and any requirements for the disposal of the replaced part. NDS is not responsible for any labor costs associated with the Parts Service.

 

2. Direct mail service.

If NDS determines that your product is eligible for Direct Mail Service, you will ship your product to an NDS Warranty Center in accordance with NDS' instructions. NDS can provide a prepaid shipping invoice (and if you no longer have the original packaging, NDS can send you the packing materials).

If NDS does not provide direct mail service, you must arrange for shipping and packaging of your product to the NDS repair service location, as described at the time of order, and you may wish to Consider insuring your package in case of damage or damage. loss during transportation.

Upon completion of the service process, NDS will return the repaired product or provide a replacement product to you.

3. Express Replacement Services.

If NDS determines that your device is eligible and you choose to order ERS by providing NDS with your credit card details, NDS will ship a replacement product to your designated location. You will return your product to NDS within ten (10) days of the date NDS ships the replacement product (“Return Period”). You must return the original product in the package containing the replacement product according to NDS's instructions. NDS will retain the original product and you will retain the replacement product.

3.1 Repairs are considered out of warranty when:

Your product is no longer covered by NDS, the Warranty service plan or under consumer law.

The problem you are reporting is due to accidental damage or unauthorized modification or if the damage is due to accidental damage or unauthorized modification.

3.2 Changes to Service Options.

NDS reserves the right to change the service options available to you at any time. A change will not affect services that have already started.

3.3 Users and businesses.

NDS provides product sales, repair, and transportation services to end-user customers. You can buy to resell. NDS reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if NDS suspects you have tampered with the product.

3.4 Do not sell to minors.

Purchases under these terms are available only to persons who have reached the age of majority.

3.5 Exclusion of diagnostic services and fees.

NDS reserves the right to charge you a diagnostic fee (including shipping) as described. (“Diagnostic Fee”) if NDS examines your product and determines that:

a. The device does not require service.

b. The device fails due to or is incompatible with the software or data stored or recorded on the device

c. Additional parts are requested but not specified in the original estimated fee and you do not agree to authorize service based on NDS's revised estimated fee.

d. The serial number has been altered, deleted or the product is defective due to accident, abuse, liquid spillage or immersion, negligence, misuse (including installation, repair, or defective maintenance by anyone), unauthorized modifications, harsh environments (including extreme temperatures or humidity), extreme physical or electrical stress or disturbances, fluctuations or surges of electrical energy, lightning, static electricity, fire, natural disasters or other external causes “Service Exclusions”.

NDS will return the product to you without service and may charge you a Diagnostic Fee.
